HealthManagement+ leadership training program by CPCA & We Will, Inc.

Chelci Schroeder, MSW, CAO of The MEDCOR Group, recently completed a 6 month leadership training program called HealthManagement+ by California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and We Will, Inc. The program encompassed training on 21st century perspective tools and topics including operations, finance, technology, organizational capacity, leadership and management, strategy and planning, understanding the external environment, influence and communication, performance management, critical thinking and judgment, innovation, problem solving, sense making, project management, building human networks, and many others.

“The program was highly focused and provided cutting edge information and substantial tools to enhance my participation and leadership in the new era of healthcare,” said Chelci Schroeder, MSW, Chief Administrative Officer of The MEDCOR Group. “The program delivered organizational and individual development that I have actively applied to enhance The MEDCOR Group’s strategic goals.”

Schroeder was selected from a pool of applicants to be one of 35 participants to take part in the CPCA sponsored Cohort 10 HealthManagement+ leadership training program. The program spanned over 6 months and Chelci Schroeder, MSW received a certificate of completion.
